IT Operations Manager – £115-125k per annum – London
 
 
IT Operations Manager required by London Market Insurance company. This role will be hybrid working (1 day per week WFH) and will pay a basic salary of £115-125k per annum plus comprehensive benefits package.
 
 
The role holder will oversee technology infrastructure and operational processes for the IT department. You will have responsibility for Cyber Security strategy and telecommunications solutions, the availability and reliability of systems and networks, and the implementation of new technologies and processes.
 
 
Key requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven record of IT leadership/management
• Strong working knowledge of change management processes
• Good understanding of IT disaster recovery and resiliency
• Working knowledge of Cyber Security, resiliency, and control
• Experience managing 3rd party supplier relationships
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS 365, and Azure

 
 
Role responsibilities:

• Provide expert Cyber Security and technical IT knowledge to support and develop the IT strategy
• Manage communications with third party service provider
• Oversight of IT Service Desk
• Ensure compliance with relevant PRA and FCA conducts rules
• Maintain responsibility for all IT hardware, networks, and security
