Lead the successful delivery of complex projects that fulfill both business and technical needs.
Foster productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside the company.
Ensure that project administration and documentation are accurately maintained.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project's success.
Clearly convey technical project updates to business stakeholders in a way that is easy to comprehend.
Manage multi-million pound budgets.
Skills and Experience
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the full life cycle of IT projects.
Familiarity with the financial services and/or insurance industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple small-medium projects concurrently.
Proficiency in using agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver projects.
