IT & Service Risk Analyst required by a global leading insurance company based in central London. This is a brand-new role joining a new IT Team. The role will work in a hybrid environment with 1 day per week onsite in central London office. The role will pay £58k per annum plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, and will be able to liaise with technology teams regarding applications, infrastructure, cloud service, etc.
Key responsibilities:
Provide support with all aspects of Operational Service risk management and the associated policies, procedures, governance, and controls
Provide risk management advice and support to the business ensuring that concepts, approaches and techniques are widely understood
Assist in driving a continuous risk and control culture across the business
Act as first point of contact for anything IT risk and controls related, in partnership with the third party suppliers
Own the governance around risk and remediation management for IT & Service functions
Required skills/experience:
Working knowledge of technology - cloud, saas, applications and infrastructure
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong working knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and best practices
Current IT General Control experience (ITGC) experience
Experience in conducting risk analyses and managing risk & control assessments across IT infrastructure and Service Delivery
