Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure? We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
Manage and maintain Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Assist in configuring, deploying, and monitoring Azure resources such as virtual machines and storage.
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security enhancements for Office 365 and Azure environments.
Support IT policies and procedures while managing cyber training and phishing platforms.
Deliver end-user training and create documentation to enhance system adoption.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across IT infrastructure.
Assist with data backup, recovery, and IT security best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technologies.
Strong understanding of Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Hands-on experience with Azure services (virtual machines, networking, storage).
IT infrastructure knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
