Our client is searching for a capable graduate to take on a newly created postion within their catastrophe modeling team in London. This is a hybrid role working alongside the cat modelling and research and development teams.
The successful candidate will have the chance to get involved in modelling as well as supporting the research and development team on a number of projects including model validation for different perils, climate change, and supporting the development of the view of risk.
The opportunity for research exposure to this degree is uncommon at this level. The ideal candidate will come from a strong academic background in an area such as seismology, hydrology or atmospheric science.
