Junior Support Engineer required by leading insurance and reinsurance company operating in the Lloyds of London market. This a great opportunity for a Junior Engineer to join a stable and market leading business with excellent training and personal development opportunities.
 
The role will be hybrid/office based (Central London) with a salary of £37k per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.
 
Key skills and experience:

• Strong technical knowledge (Microsoft office, MS Intune, Azure, etc)
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Desire for personal/career development
• Previous experience in a similar role

 
Role responsibilities:

• Installation of hardware
• Assisting set up and configuration of IT equipment for new users
• Assisting with running of the help desk and resolution of user queries
• Diagnosis of end user devices, hardware and software
• Provide entry level training for MS 365 suite
• Provide AV support for meetings
