An exciting opportunity to join a London Market Insurance Broker in a newly created Technology Team helping to shape their digital strategy.
As the Lead Configuration Analyst, you will not only have the chance to coach and lead other analysts, but also help drive growth and build new insurance product lines.
About the role
Work with delivery teams to present and deliver product plans
Maintain relevant product documents
Work with cross-functional teams to structure new products
Lead other Product Configurators
Create training packs for clients/users
Continuous analysis of products to identify areas for improvements
Skills and Experience
Past experience working as a Product Configurator or similar (Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst)
Experience as a Lead is beneficial
Proven experience working in a client-facing role
Working knowledge of Instanda platform configuration or equivalent
Experience working in the Insurance industry is favourable
Working Mode: Hybrid, very flexible
