Lead Pricing Analyst

Lead Pricing Analyst £50,000 - £65,000

A leading personal lines insurer is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to join their growing pricing team. As a Lead Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the business by using your analytical skills to generate insights that inform product development and pricing.
 
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• End-to-end ownership of analytical projects
• Development and testing of pricing models
• Optimisation of profitability and portfolio analysis
• Forecasting product and financial performance
• Develop and deliver dashboards, MI reports and ad-hoc insights
• Support the wider Pricing and Reserving departments 

 
What they are looking for:

• Highly numerate with a degree or equivalent
• Knowledge or experience in SAS, Excel, Power BI, VBA or SQL
• A minimum of 1year Pricing experience at an insurer (gi, life or health)
