Lead Pricing Analyst

Lead Pricing Analyst £50,000 - £65,000

A leading international insurer is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to join their pricing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact analytical projects, developing pricing models, and optimising profitability through portfolio analysis. You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, identifying continuous improvement opportunities and supporting the wider Pricing and Reserving departments.
 
Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of analytical projects
• Develop and test pricing models
• Optimise profitability through portfolio analysis
• Support the wider Pricing and Reserving departments
• Work closely with partners across the business to inform product development opportunities
• Assist in process development for the Pricing & Underwriting department

 
From you they are looking for:

• Highly numerate with a degree or equivalent education
• Proficient in one or more: SAS, Excel, Power BI, VBA and SQL
• Commercial awareness and experience working with customer data advantageous
• Insurance (GI, Life or Health) experience a bonus
