Legacy IBA Technician

(Legacy) IBA Technician (Contract & Permanent) | £35,000-£40,000 | London/Hybrid (3 days office based P/W)

Arthur Recruitment have partnered with a fast-growing insurance MGA to support with their search for a Legacy IBA Technician on a contract basis and IBA Technician on a permanent basis. They are looking for an excellent communicator with experience with clearing the legacy IBA issues and aged debt.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the clear up of legacy IBA issues
• Review prior paid bordereaux's to resolve queries with binder brokers
• Investigating legacy cash, working with wider team, underwriting and claims functions to provide resolutions
• Produce paid premium bordereaux's with correct premiums, required tax and country splits
• Obtain agreement from respective binder brokers to agree payments
• Work with brokers to clear any outstanding payment issues
• Allocate receipts and payments posted
• Review, monitor and provide updates on progress to management

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in IBA role
• Paid bordereaux experience
• Great communicator - both written and verbal
• Excel competent – i.e. pivot tables, v-look ups etc.
