M&A Executive

A leading Insurance firm, based in Central London, requires multiple M&A professionals to join their established and highly experienced Mergers & Acquisitions team to support rapid growth plans. This is a unique opportunity for Big 4 qualified ACA or CFA with Corporate Finance experience, or an in-house M&A person from an Insurance firm, to get involved with the end-to-end deal process, acquiring businesses within the Insurance sector to complement their offering.

These roles are well-suited to candidates who have post qualified experience within Mergers and Acquisition, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance. The firm can support candidates from newly qualified to Associate Director level with uncapped bonus potential.
 
Key Duties:

• Full ownership of end-to-end M&A process
• Due diligence on potential Insurance acquisitions
• Developing strong relationships with target clients and winning new business
• Responsible for producing highly detailed models to aid investment decisions

 
Qualifications & Expertise:

• Qualified Professional (ACA, CFA etc) from a Big 4 firm
• Able to produce highly accurate work within tight deadlines under pressure
• M&A or Corporate Finance experience, ideally within Insurance
• High energy, with the desire to venture out of your comfort zone
