Medical Negligence/Malpractice Associate

Our client, a leading law firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Associate with 2 to 10 years’ post-qualification experience.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clinical negligence and medical malpractice claims—both pre-litigated and litigated—and will work closely with NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, and insurers. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in clinical negligence or defendant medical malpractice, and exposure to claims involving primary care practitioners would be advantageous.
