An expanding actuarial consultancy, with an already excellent reputation, is seeking a qualified non-life actuary to lead their non-life function.

This organisation would like to attract a commercial actuary to further develop their non-life client base, manage/mentor the current team and to add new solutions to their offering. 

Currently this business is working with leading names in the Lloyd's/London market across reserving, capital and pricing projects; however, they are open on strategy to attract projects across the non-life field including personal/commercial lines players. 

You will have the opportunity to join the senior leadership team and benefit directly from the work you bring into the organisation. This will be both from shaping the function how you see fit, but also benefiting financially from your business development.

You will have a consultancy mindset, great relationship development skills and enjoy problem-solving. Exposure across any non-life insurance area is of interest, but preferably more than one of pricing, reserving or capital modelling.  Prior consulting and/or business development experience would be advantageous; as would people management exposure within the UK non-life insurance market.
