We are looking for an Office Administrator to support the Executive Assistant, who will also gain exposure right across the business with opportunities to liaise with Senior Leaders in each area of the team.

Responsibilities:
 
Main areas of responsibility:

  • Answer the main line switchboard, taking messages and diverting calls, answering routine enquiries
  • Open and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, including stationery and office equipment
  • Organise meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Greet visitors to the office and setting up rooms with refreshments and technical equipment
  • Perform data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel and training
  • Ensure the office is clean and tidy, especially the kitchen, meeting rooms and communal areas
  • Take ownership on research projects to support the sales floor
  • Assist with 1st Line IT Support
  • Maintain and update internal HR records, such as absence procedures and induction process
  • Provide admin support to the marketing function
  • Provide ad hoc support to staff, including organisaton of on-site and off-site team events

 
Person Profile:
 

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident and personable to liaise with all members of staff
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and system
