We are currently partnering with a leading global insurer in the search for a dynamic and experienced Operational Improvement Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in process improvement, continuous improvement, or optimization, particularly within the London market.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Operations, the Operational Improvement Manager will play a crucial role in driving positive change across all parts of the business, with a primary focus on the underwriting team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various departments to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance underwriting processes and overall operational efficiency.
  • Effectively managing and delivering underwriting and operational change projects.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement strategies.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering underwriting and/or operational change projects.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within the London market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
