Drive and evolve our Operational Resilience Framework
Own the maintenance and enhancement of the framework and supporting documentation, ensuring it remains fit-for-purpose and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Produce clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Develop high-quality reports and materials for internal governance forums, including Risk Committees and the Board, helping to inform strategic resilience decisions.
Lead the planning and execution of annual resilience testing
Support the end-to-end delivery of scenario testing – from planning through to execution and post-test analysis – ensuring lessons learned drive continuous improvement.
Champion resilience across the business
Act as a key point of contact for Operational Resilience, building relationships across functions, delivering targeted training, and embedding a resilience-first mindset organisation-wide.
