Operational Resilience Business Analyst

An opportunity to join a well establish Lloyd's Syndicate is available for an Operational Resilience Business Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Resilience, you will be delivering on Operational Resilience and Business Continuity as defined by the FCA.

You do not need to be an Operational Resilience expert, this is an opportunity to learn and expand your existing knowledge and experience!

Skills required: 

• Prior experience in a regulated financial services environment, with knowledge of Lloyd's, London, and International insurance market being ideal but not mandatory.
• Experience delivering on Operational Resilience projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional reporting skills
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in Excel and strong data skills
