I am working with an established reward and employee benefits company who are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join their growing team.
As an Operational Risk Manager, you will work alongside the Head of Risk and other Risk Managers on a breadth of responsibilities. You will review the developing regulatory and risk environment and make appropriate suggestions for any changes that should be implemented. You will develop and maintain a robust risk management framework as well as making changes to outdated policies and procedures. You will also take the lead on delegating financial and non financial resources and take part in ad - hoc team projects as required.
In your new role, you will also focus on business partnering and promoting a strong risk culture.
You will ideally have c.3 years' experience in operational risk in financial services with exposure to senior stakeholders, although management experience is not required.
