Operational Risk Officer

Ensure the efficient operation of the risk management department by managing deadlines and planning for robust risk identification, assessment, and reporting processes. Oversee operational risk by the Group’s Risk Management Framework. Provide training across the organization and share best practices related to all aspects of risk management to promote the effective implementation of the Risk Management Framework throughout the business.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively develop, implement, administer, and ensure compliance with the company's risk framework and risk management processes and procedures.
• Enhancing and optimising the operational risk framework to drive better outcomes.
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with operational teams (e.g., IT, Business Transformation, Procurement), where we serve as the primary point of contact to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and influence.
• Taking the lead in operational risk analysis, managing risk events, and producing insightful risk reports.
• Delivering second-line challenges by actively participating in stakeholder meetings, project boards, and comprehensive risk reviews.
