Operations Analyst

Arthur is partnered with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate to hire an Operations Analyst to join their team in London.
 
The role will report directly into the Business Operations Manager where you will provide operational support across various business functions.
 
Key Responsibilities:   

• Maintain system configurations to meet underwriting business needs.
• Collaborate with underwriting and other teams to address operational issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate completing of internal reports and returns.
• Conduct data quality sampling and compile results for management reporting.
• Lead user acceptance testing for policy administration system upgrades.
• Monitor all data quality from outsourced partners and assistants.
• Contribute to operational projects when required.

 
We are in search of a proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector, particularly in underwriting or operations-focused roles.
