Operations Analyst

We are excited to announce our exclusive partnership with a Lloyd’s Managing Agent in their search for an Operations Analyst.
 
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager, Claims Manager and Active Underwriters.  Your role will involve analytical tasks, underwriting support, claims management and reinsurance performance monitoring.  You’ll assist in data collation, validation, production and reporting of Lloyd’s returns and submissions.
 
Key responsibilities:
 

• Assist in monitoring and analysing underwriting performance against plan.
• Manage delegat4ed underwriting activities including bordereaux maintenance and reporting.
• Maintain detailed reinsurance contract database and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Support claims review and produce claims management information.
• Produce and maintain operations process documentation and underwriting-related policies.
• Ensure adherence to key underwriting controls and assist in reporting requirements.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits.

 
We’re seeking individuals with prior insurance experience, preferably in a junior operational capacity, with exposure to bordereaux processing.
