We are delighted to be working with with a Lloyd’s Managing Agent in their search for an Operations Analyst.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager, Claims Manager and Active Underwriters. Your role will involve mapping bordereaux, checking exceptions and taking the bordereaux process off the Head of Operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and analysing underwriting performance against plan.
- Manage delegat4ed underwriting activities including bordereaux maintenance and reporting.
- Maintain detailed reinsurance contract database and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Support claims review and produce claims management information.

To be considered you must have strong experience with bordereaux management and the process, have strong excel skills and be able to work autonamously.
