A global Technology-drive insurance platform is looking for a Operations Analyst to support the daily operations of the Technology Enablement and Execution function.
Reporting into the Head of Technology Enablement and Execution, you will be their right hand person. Your responsibilities will be to coordinate governance, track priorities, and maintain smooth delivery.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a technology organisation operates and delivers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities across portfolio management, governance, and delivery.
Maintain accurate data and reports to support decision-making.
Support leadership meetings and governance forums through preparation and follow-up.
Assist with budget coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Prepare internal communications and maintain shared materials.
Provide general operational support to technology leadership.
Experience and Skills
Experience within the London Market insurance industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Confident working with data, reports, and documentation.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a keen interest in technology operations.
