Arthur is collaborating with a Global Insurance Provider who is hiring an Operations Assistant to join their team.
This role will play a key part in supporting the operational and administrative processes of our UK Insurance Operations team, with a specific focus on ceded facultative reinsurance administration. Working closely with the Technical Insurance Operations Lead, this role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a technical or operations role within (re)insurance.
Strong knowledge of reinsurance processes, excellent organisation and communication skills are essential. Experience with systems such as SAP FS-RI, Genius, Guidewire, and ImageRight is a plus.
