Operations Manager

Arthur is collaborating with a Global Insurer on the lookout for an eperienced Operations Manager to lead their team. 

In this pivotal role within the Operational Leadership team, you'll report directly to the Head of Operations, actively driving process improvement initiatives and championing your own innovative ideas.

Your core duties will revolve around overseeing the onshore operational team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to the Underwriting, Exposure Management, and Risk Management departments. On a daily basis, you'll:

• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks for fair distribution.
• Boost efficiency to meet service level targets.
• Coordinate with the Operations support team, handling daily queries via email and document management.
• Maintain team capacity in line with business demands, providing reports on volumes, forecasts, and productivity predictions.
• Provide mentorship to the junior memebers of the team eo ensure they have received the relevant training. 

To be eligible, you should possess prior team management experience from an operational standpoint, ideally with exposure to underwriting, aggregation processing, and stakeholder management.
