Key responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of delegated data including retrieval, validation and reconciliation of risk, premium and claims information
Manage third-party data service providers, ensuring they meet performance expectations and SLA standards
Own and maintain delegated data governance documentation and reporting dashboards
Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Exposure Management, Data Governance and Delegated Authority teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery
Monitor compliance with binder terms, Lloyd’s reporting standards and internal requirements
Act as the main contact for the Bordereaux Management System, planning and managing upgrades and enhancements
Represent the business at market forums and drive continuous improvement including automation and AI initiatives
What you’ll need:
In-depth understanding of delegated data within the London Market
Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s Minimum Standards and delegated reporting processes
Experience managing outsourced data vendors and leading on data quality initiatives
Strong Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
Excellent stakeholder communication and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
