Ops Delegated Data Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of delegated data including retrieval, validation and reconciliation of risk, premium and claims information
• Manage third-party data service providers, ensuring they meet performance expectations and SLA standards
• Own and maintain delegated data governance documentation and reporting dashboards
• Partner closely with Underwriting, Claims, Exposure Management, Data Governance and Delegated Authority teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery
• Monitor compliance with binder terms, Lloyd’s reporting standards and internal requirements
• Act as the main contact for the Bordereaux Management System, planning and managing upgrades and enhancements
• Represent the business at market forums and drive continuous improvement including automation and AI initiatives

What you’ll need:

• In-depth understanding of delegated data within the London Market
• Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s Minimum Standards and delegated reporting processes
• Experience managing outsourced data vendors and leading on data quality initiatives
• Strong Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
