As part of the outwards reinsurance team, you’ll play a key role in managing the reinsurance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of treaty administration and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Administer outwards reinsurance programs, including data preparation and processing of premiums, claims, and recoveries.
• Ensure all reinsurance contracts and documentation are accurate and aligned with company requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with finance, claims, and underwriting teams to ensure seamless reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support the renewal process by providing accurate data and insights for decision-making.
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to recoveries, contract wording, or reinsurance disputes.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in an outwards reinsurance role within the Lloyd’s or London market.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance processes, treaty agreements, and related regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reinsurance administration systems.
