Exciting opportunity at a Lloyd's syndicate that's had continued success over recent years who are looking to strengthen their International Casualty team with an Underwriter who will ideally come from an actuarial background.
If you're currently working in a pricing, reserving or capital role and you think you would thrive in a forward facing, commercial role which will be part of a highly regarded casualty team, then I encourage you to apply. You will maintain your analytical edge developing pricing models and account pricing, but also use your commercial awareness to work with clients externally.
You will be provided with full training whilst making the transition from actuarial to underwriting and be trained directly by the Head of International Casualty with a very strong market reputation in this space. You will also be provided with the platform to continue the actuarial exams until you qualify.
