Property Alignment Lead – Reinsurance (Flexible Location)
About the Role

A leading global reinsurance firm is seeking a Property Alignment Lead to support underwriting teams across international markets. This role will ensure business objectives are met while driving consistency and product excellence within the property underwriting function.
Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating underwriting activities across multiple global locations.
• Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Regional Management Councils (RMCs).
• Producing data-driven recommendations to support underwriting growth and strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in reinsurance, underwriting, or business strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive business change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German, or Spanish) are beneficial but not essential.
