Pricing Director

A highly successful international insurer is currently seeking an experienced Pricing Director.

The business is going from strength to strength and have successful acquired many leading brands. In addition, they have recently implemented Earnix and so it's a very exciting time for the business and a great time to join a highly successful and ever rowing pricing & data science function.

This will be a group level role and you will play key role in designing and developing the key pricing strategies and mechanisms to be used across the business. You will provide insightful pricing analysis to ensure defined policies are delivered as well influence strategic decisions. You will be liaising and building relationships with multiple key stakeholders including the UK business and MDs of the different brands.

Strong stakeholder management skills, proven leadership experience and the ability to drive and lead a team, preferably across multiple locations is highly desirable. Significant personal lines pricing experience is essential and some level of experience with Earnix is ideal.

This role will be based in Gibraltar (2-3 days pw) and they will offer a very competitive financial package including a relocation allowance.
