Pricing Manager (van insurance)

A top-tier UK insurer are expanding their pricing function with several senior hires. Due to growth, they are seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the Van insurance portfolio - this will come with line management responsibility for a team of 3. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing approach for the Van portfolio across the Broker and Direct distribution channels including the roll-out of the products onto the new rating platform.
• Responsibility for the roll-out of the new Van peril rated product across the Broker distribution channel.
• Responsibility for the development and roll-out of a new Courier product for use in the Broker distribution channel.

The ideal candidate will have significant personal lines pricing experience coupled with strong leadership skills. Knowledge of Radar is highly desirable.
