A global (re)insurance underwriter is looking to expand their delivery function and bring on a new Product Manager to help with their impressive line of insurance products.
As the Product Manager, you would be responsible for the Product Backlog management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and improve the Product Roadmap.
About the role:
Work closely with clients and users to gather requirements and understand their needs
Define the Product Roadmap using insights drawn from relevant stakeholders
Create comprehensive user stories and manage the product backlog
Facilitate backlog refinement sessions
Act as a client representative for the internal team
Lead meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
Experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst within an Agile team
London Market Experience is necessary
Experience managing insurance products
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Proficient in gathering requirements using a range of tools and methodologies
Proven experience with SQL
Ability to communicate complex information in a palatable manner
Enthusiasm to improve working practices and explore new business approaches
