An opportunity for a London Market Programme/Portfolio Manager to provide meaningful contributions to an established Lloyd's managing agency. 

Working alongside the Head of Change, the Programme Manager will assure existing projects across the international portfolio are being delivered using best practice techniques, align with the company strategy and are delivering business benefits. 
 
This Programme Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future delivery of Projects and Programmes across this global organisation.

A deep knowledge of the London and global insurance industry is required due to the scope and complexity of the Change Portfolio. 

In terms of culture, this role is best suited for an enthusiastic team player who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the business and enjoys working with business and technical teams. 

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and insights to develop the efficacy of the Business Change Team
• Work with senior stakeholders, including c-suite level management, to assure effective project delivery processes are in place
• Development of programme/project plan for the entirety of the project lifecycle
• Budget management and reporting to C-level stakeholders
• Coach, support and manage team members
• Identify and define success criteria for existing and future projects/programmes

Experience

• Extensive experience delivering business change projects within the London Insurance Market
• Ability to manage and deliver large, complex projects/programmes
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Relevant project/programme management qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
