Compensation: $90 - $110 Per Hour
 
About the Role:
Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a new system for the FP&A team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme and Project delivery to oversee the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, manage budgets and facilitate change.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance and other departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Engage with business and programme stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery, maintaining open communication channels throughout and adjusting the programme governance as required

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing multiple EPM systems, with a strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
  • Prior experience working in the insurance sector, specifically with specialist or general insurance companies, is essential.
  • Knowledge of EPM systems such as Anaplan, Pigment, Hyperion, Tagetik etc
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing third party vendors and providers.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver success by setting clear priorities, coaching and supporting individuals and building a collaborative team culture.
