About the Role: Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of a new system for the FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme and Project delivery to oversee the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, manage budgets and facilitate change.
Collaborate with the FP&A team to support the implementation of a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
Work closely with stakeholders across finance and other departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
Engage with business and programme stakeholders to ensure effective programme delivery, maintaining open communication channels throughout and adjusting the programme governance as required
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in implementing multiple EPM systems, with a strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
Prior experience working in the insurance sector, specifically with specialist or general insurance companies, is essential.
Knowledge of EPM systems such as Anaplan, Pigment, Hyperion, Tagetik etc
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in managing third party vendors and providers.
Experience leading teams to deliver success by setting clear priorities, coaching and supporting individuals and building a collaborative team culture.
