An opportunity to join a reputable insurance group, operating in the Lloyd's London Market as an IT Change Project Manager.

The IT Change Project Manager will be responsible for managing a number of projects across the IT Change Portfolio.

The successful candidate will have experience managing budgets and delivering end-to-end projects. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with technical teams are essential for this role and experience in the insurance industry is highly favourable.

This is a flexible hybrid role with the option to work 1-2 days in the office. 

Skills and Experience 

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work with technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors in project delivery
  • Skilled in managing multi-million pound budgets and multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making ability and a great team player
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

About the role:

  • Achieve project goals by delivering quality projects on time and within budget
  • Plan project activities in alignment with business objectives, requirements, priorities, and testing
  • Handle budget management and reporting within projects
  • Monitor and manage project progress
  • Assist the Business Analyst team in their requirements gathering and documentation
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and standards are upheld
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to key stakeholders and steering groups through written and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with your team of other Project Managers and PMOs
