Join a leading London Market organisation in it's growing Change Management function as an experienced Project Manager and take on the exciting opportunity to deliver a variety of large scale sized IT Change and Business projects.

The portfolio of projects you will manage includes (but is not limited to) business change, claims, underwriting, finance and data. 

An opportunity to be a part of a strong team of Project Managers, working together to find out of the box solutions and deliver complex projects. 

About the role

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex projects that fulfill both business and technical needs.
  • Foster productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and outside the company.
  • Ensure that project administration and documentation are accurately maintained.
  • Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project's success.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience delivering projects within the Lloyd's of London insurance market 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing the full project life cycle.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple small-medium projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using agile and waterfall methodologies.
