I am working with a small, dynamic Change Function at a global specialist insurance and reinsurance provider that is currently undergoing an exciting transformation.
As the function grows and matures, they continue to deliver high impact projects across the change portfolio.
Embedded in the London Market, they work across key insurance workstreams, including but not limited to Reinsurance, Underwriting, Claims, Bordeaux Management, Finance Transformation, Policy Admin Systems.
About the role
Working in a non-hierarchical business, you will have exposure to c-suite stakeholders, working alongside them to drive business-critical change across both Business and IT functions.
Deliver high-impact projects across all London Market workstreams.
Collaborate with other Project Managers and Business Analyst to find outside the box solutions to complex projects.
Stakeholder engagement: working directly with insurance, business, 3rd party and IT stakeholders. Representing your projects and team.
Diverse portfolio of work - exposure to exciting projects from the London Market.
Skills and experience
7+ years of Project Management experience with 3+ years’ experience managing complex projects within the Lloyd’s/London Market.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-suite.
Proficient in project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and using tools like Kanban/DevOps boards.
Experienced in business case development, target operating models (TOM), budgeting, risk management, and governance.
Proactive and personable approach.
This is an 18 month FTC opportunity, with opportunity to turn into a permanent role. Hybrid working model: 3 days in the London office. Salary: up to £90,000/year
