One of the leading Insurance Law Firms in the West Midlands is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. The firm is part of a wider Insurance Group, and following a major acquisition, requires an experience Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team.
The role will have a high case-load of subrogated reovery claims and Property Damage litigation to work on from day one. You will have hands on access to major FTSE 100 and Corporate Clients with a great deal of exposure and trust.
Candidates must be 4 years+ PQE and a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with strong experience across claims handling in an Insurance & Claims Management environment. Ideally you will have had experience on Property Damage Litigation or Motor recovery claims within a legal environment.
The position can offer hybrid working and will be based at the Company's HQ in Tamworth, with a 3 days in the office, 2 days at home policy.
