An opportunity to join a dynamic International Lloyd’s Syndicate as a Quality Control Technician on a part time basis. 
This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to review core business processes, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to uphold data integrity.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and reconcile policy information within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain records of all queries/errors providing analysis to enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess current practices, implement enhancements and conduct regular data processing reviews.
  • Actively participate in resolving data issues and contribute to system testing and upgrades.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and demonstrate integrity in all aspects of work.
  • Assist in documenting and updating departmental processes to support data quality.

We are seeking individuals who have solid insurance knowledge, preferably London/Lloyd’s with a good understanding of slip wordings and various classes of business.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build effective relationships are essential. Proficiency in insurance systems particularly IRIS and Genuis is highly desirable.
