Here at Arthur, we are thrilled to partnered with a highly successful and growing niche law firm who are looking to further expand their team by hiring a Recoveries Motor Claims Manager for their office in Tamworth.
Within this position, you will manage the corporate client motor recovery team on a daily basis, ensuring that agreed service levels, staff performance, and client satisfaction are upheld to consistently deliver a high-quality service. This will also involve maximizing the utilization of processes, systems, and resources. Your Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical point of reference for claims handlers, providing support for both pre- and post-litigated claims
Review and authorize all incoming and outgoing posts
Foster a close and professional relationship with the business’ Management teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the attainment of the organisation’s objectives and goals
Serve as the vital bridge connecting claims handlers with the business’ management teams
Take ownership of ensuring the team meets specified targets and effectively manages the claim lifecycle, while also contributing to financial targets
Support the Technical and Quality Manager by assisting with claim file audits as needed, and contribute to developing action plans, improvements, and procedural changes as required
What You Need:
Extensive Motor claims handling experience within in a Legal/Insurance environment
Strong motor claims track record
Previous management experience would be advantageous
Enthusiastic individual with a positive and “can do” attitude
Legal background/education would be beneficial but essential
Able to demonstrate leadership skills
Demonstrate proficiency in meeting targets and completing tasks at the required level, promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail
