Recruitment Consultant

We are growing our catastrophe modelling capacity and we are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant. Due to the unpredicted natural and manmade catastrophic events in the world the insurance industry has invested massively into catastrophe risk modelling and the past few years we have seen significant developments. Our clients are increasing their portfolios, using new technology, models, and new processes to manage the uncertainty. Therefore, the demand for talent has also been increased massively. Our desk is the biggest cat modelling recruitment team in the London market, and we are very proud about our success and the services we provide to our clients. Our client portfolio is growing and we are looking for individuals who want to progress or start their career in recruitment with excellent communication and presentation skills. Candidates that have experience recruiting in the insurance market would be preferred however we are open to meet candidates who have some recruitment experience in other fields. • Utilise headhunting techniques to source talent relevant for current vacancies.
• Understand career goals and key drivers for next role.
• Ability and passion to build relationships and influence through the process.
• Interest and experience using social platforms.
• Interest to learn and understand market needs.
• Ability to conduct face to face meetings
• Ability to generate new vacancies from varied business development activities.
