We are currently looking to add in our cat modelling desk an additional hire of a Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to offer negotiation.
Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in recruitment in insurance sector is preferred
