As a Recruitment Consultant, you would be joining one of our 9 verticals across:

  • Actuarial
  • CAT Modelling & Exposure Management
  • Compliance
  • Data & Analytics
  • Finance
  • Risk Management
  • Technology & Change
  • Underwriting, Broking & Claims

As a consultant you will be tasked with managing existing clients as well building new relationships and will always have the support of the managers and experienced consultants around you to help you enhance these skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Client relationship management
  • New business development
  • Candidate attraction through a range of methods
  • Recruitment project and process management
  • Contingent, exclusive and retained search methods
  • Vacancy marketing and advertising
  • Attending market networking events
  • Ongoing development of market knowledge
Requirements
  • Prior recruitment experience
  • 5 GCSEs at A-C including English
Desirable Skills
  •  Previous experience of a recruitment CRM
