Regulatory Interactions Officer

Arthur have partnered with a growing Insurance Broker who are seeking a Regulatory Assistant to join their Central Compliance function, reporting into the Regulatory Compliance Manager. This is a full time, permanent position based in Gloucester on a hybrid basis (1 day a week in the office). This role would suit someone with 1-3 years experience within Compliance from an Insruance bavkground (ideally broker or general insurance) with some exposure to the regulatory landscape (FCA and PRA).

Main duties:

• Assisting with the preparation of regulatory applications
• Assisting with FCA requests and communications
• Support management with reviews and regulatory returns

Experience:

• Educated to degree level, ideally within Law or Finance (2:1)
• Experience within a compliance role, ideally in Insurance
• Some understanding of financial reporting
• Experience within Insurance, ideally a broker or general insurance
