Reinsurance Operations Analyst

Arthur is working with a leading Reinsurance Broker who is hiring a Reinsurance Operations Analyst to join their team.
 
As a Reinsurance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the accurate administration, analysis, and reporting of reinsurance agreements. You will collaborate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to ensure seamless execution of reinsurance processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Administer treaty and facultative reinsurance contracts.
• Process and reconcile premiums, claims, and recoveries.
• Maintain accurate data and deliver timely reports.
• Monitor cash flow, settlements, and credit control.
• Produce bordereaux, regulatory, and management reports.
• Liaise with brokers, reinsurers, and internal teams.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide analysis on reinsurance performance and exposures.

 
We’re looking for someone with experience in reinsurance or insurance operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of treaty and facultative reinsurance. You’ll be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable handling large data sets, and detail-oriented.
