We are working with a well known risk carrier who are looking for a nearly / newly qualified reinsurance pricing actuary to join their team in London. This role reports into the Senior Actuary and this is a highly visible role and will work with multiple internal stakeholders across actuarial, underwriting and analytics.
Key responsibilities will include business planning, model and pricing tool development, mixed case and portfolio pricing, which makes it a diverse and visible role.
The ideal candidate will be a nearly / newly qualified actuary with 3+ years of experience. There's a preference for reinsurance pricing, but those from a consulting background or direct pricing role (London Market, Commercial or Personal Lines) are also encouraged to apply. Communication skills are required, technical skills would be beneficial, especially R and Python.
Salary is up to £100k (depending on experience) and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week.
