We have a new reserving role focused on multiple insurance lines of business. This reports directly into the Head of Reserving and will manage a team of 2.
You'll be leading the traditional reserving work, but are also several reserving projects underway that you will be expected to actively engage with. The business has a large change/tech resource that will do the heavy lifting, but they will need your reserving expertise as an input as they continue to transform and streamline the end-to-end process.
This could suit someone newly qualified who wants to take a step up, or someone already at manager level who'd either like to work on a larger book or to spend more time on project work. FIA Qualification is not essential, neither is previous exposure to Lloyd's.
