Arthur are pleased to be supporting a high performing Lloyd's syndicate who are looking to build out their risk function and cover all areas of risk management.
As part of the risk team, you will promote a strong risk culture and gain wider exposure across the business as you liaise with other departments and will occasionally work with the compliance team.
You will be reponsible for developing the risk management framework and updating the risk register, as well as Conduct Control assessments and stress and scenario testing. You will also handle relevant risk reporting, including the ORSA and assist the compliance team with the conduct framework. Other duties will include maintaining an awareness of emerging risks, KRI analysis and report, and assist Internal Model validation if required.
