Joining as a Risk Analyst, you will be involved in various aspects of enterprise risk management and will engage with key stakeholders across the Lloyd’s syndicate. The Enterprise Risk Management team is looking to enhance its capabilities as the business grows, ensuring the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework. To excel in this role, here's what you'll need:
Implementing all aspects of the Risk Management framework
Assisting the ERM Risk Manager
Planning and coordinating the collection of information for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report and providing support in producing the final report
Establishing relationships on behalf of Risk with key stakeholders such as members of the Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure that ORSA requirements are well-understood, reviewed, and challenged as part of the enterprise risk management framework.
Supporting in-depth analyses identified by the ERM function.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Risk Management
Essential experience within the non-life Insurance Market
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
